Gerstel System Report

During a service call, you may be inquired to provide a Gerstel System Report (GSR).

A GSR contains the latest log files since the last Maestro start and some additional configuration data, which is very useful for the support team to diagnose potential issues.

Please note that restarting Maestro will erase previous log files, thus it is recommended to create a system report directly after an error occurred, before restarting Maestro. There are several ways to obtain a GSR:
