For shifting the tube,

Rinse the system with distilled water as recommended by the method sheet.
Let the system run empty.
Switch off the power switch at the front of the analyzer and release it from the mains.
Release and remove the pump deck
Loosen the first pump tube from the clamps
Shift the pump tube to the second part as showed in the movie
When connecting it to the manifold again, cut the tube to the correct length
Repeat step 5 – 7 for all pump tubes.

For replacement of the tube,

Follow step 1 -3
Disconnect the pump tube from its connections.
Take a new pump tube of the same size and make a connection with the supply tube or the valve and use a sleeve if necessary. Use a piece of 3035 tubing when connecting pump tubing smaller than 3032 to a valve.
Place the bridges on the clamps, leaving the extra bridge at the side of the sampler.
Connect the pump tube to the manifold and cut it to the correct length
Repeat step 10 – 13 for all pump tubes.

Slightly grease the pump deck(s) (cat. No. 2010) and Reinstall the pump deck(s).
