Troubleshooting for wide solvent peak
In MOSH/MOAH analysis, you would like your solvent peaks of both the front and back channels to end at ~10 min retention time to see low-boiler peaks and also to make the evaluation step easier.
If your solvent peak is too wide, there are two ways to adjust it: 1. Adjust the column head pressure and/or 2. Adjust the EVE valve closing time.
