Steps to Identify 4010 Meter Firmware Version
Access the meter configuration menu by pressing and holding Enter.
Open Storage and Configuration
Select System.
Next, select Service Information.
View the firmware version displayed at the bottom of the window.
Ensure that the firmware version installed on the meter is fully compatible with the OBOD-IDS Update. If the firmware version does not meet the required threshold, promptly update the meter to the latest supported version before moving forward with the process.
MultiLab 4010-1W: Update if Firmware Version is below 2.13
MultiLab 4010-2W-3W: Update if Firmware Version is below 1.10
Steps to Identify IDS Probe Firmware Version
Press the [ i ] key to access the settings and data of a connected probe.
To display additional information, such as software version, select [More].
The probe software version will be displayed at the bottom of the probe information window.
OBOD-IDS: Update if Firmware Version is below1.05
