Lumera UV data and PromoChrom WebApp
The PromoChrom WebApp can help link the UV data with the logs folder for the method, thereby enabling you to view a comprehensive data file.
Method logs can be retrieved from the log folder. On the main touchscreen, tap the “x” in the top right corner to close the Lumera program. Insert a USB drive into the port on the underside of the touchscreen.
Open “My Device”, then open the folder “SDMEM”.
Tap and hold on the “logs” folder to bring up the drop-down menu, then select “Copy”.
From the “My Device” window, open “Hard Disk”, then tap and hold over an empty space in the desired location and select “Paste”. Close the window and remove the USB drive.
Access the “logs” folder from the USB drive on your computer
When opening the “logs” folder in the USB drive on a computer, every method run will have its own dated file with the time the run was ended in “Date modified” (for both complete and incomplete runs).
When opening a single “log file”, the above will be displayed in the following order from left to right:
When collection finishes, the UV data is saved as a “raw.csv” file and the fraction table is saved as a “fraction.csv” file to the SD card inserted in the UV touchscreen. Also, ensure the remainder of the title matches the corresponding method log file obtained from the main touchscreen.
Submit the saved method log and “raw.csv” files along with the USB run log file to the PromoChrom WebApp to generate a complete run profile graph.
